“Has it ever occurred to you that one hundred pianos all tuned to the same fork are automatically tuned to each other? They are of one accord by being tuned, not to each other, but to another standard to which each one must individually bow.
According to A. W Tozer, “One hundred worshipers met together, each one looking away to Christ; are in heart nearer to each other than they could possibly be, were they to become ‘unity’ conscious and turn their eyes away from God to strive for closer fellowship.”

The secret of Church’s togetherness lies in Apostles’ teaching and member’s submission to their teaching. Everyone became more like Christ through the teaching of the Word and prayer. They sold what they had and shared with others. They met daily for fellowship, ate together and were sincere in the way they relate with one another.

This brought to them a lot of favour, so that more and more people were added to the Church.
If today’s Church will be as effective, influential, strong and regain respect of unbelievers, we must be honest in relating with each other and with God.

Insight: The Church is as strong and impactful as her togetherness.

Prayer: LORD, help us to focus on you so that we can be united.
RBT Passage: Proverbs 27-29

Prayer Of Salvation

Thank you for reading Devotional Here Today On Kingdom Sermons, You are encouraged to please give your life to the LORD JESUS CHRIST if you have not done that before.

Say This Prayer

Dear God,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised.
