The third stanza of a popular Baptist hymnal, “Count Your Blessings” reads: “when you look at others with their lands and gold, think that Christ has promised you His wealth untold; count your many blessings, money, cannot buy; your reward in heaven, nor your home on high.” This hymn reminds us of the blessings we have in Christ and encouraging us to place our hope in God’s eternal riches alone.

Apostle Paul in today’s passage prayed for Ephesians believers to experience God’s provision in Christ. His concluding words reveal that God is capable of releasing immeasurable blessings on His children through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit. As prayers are offered to God, the unseen and inexhaustible treasure room is unlocked to attend to their needs beyond human imagination. We can always trust Him to do that.

Do you doubt God’s power and ability to meet your needs – spiritual and physical? God is always available to hear your request and has all it takes to sufficiently satisfy the legitimate longings of your heart. He desires to be glorified through the blessings He graciously gives. So, don’t allow the blessings to take His place in your life.

Insight: God blesses His children according to His own measure.
Prayer: Father, enlarge my heart to receive and share your blessings as required.
RBT Passage: Isaiah 32-34

Prayer Of Salvation

Thank you for reading Devotional Here Today On Kingdom Sermons, You are encouraged to please give your life to the LORD JESUS CHRIST if you have not done that before.

Say This Prayer

Dear God,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9). (Rom. 10:9). I believe with my heart
