No other sacrifice can be greater than a man who was sinless but died a sinner for your sake, even to rise again in glory.

Take praise and worship songs as led by the Holy Spirit.

You will receive and enjoy the full benefits of Christ’s death for His beloved, in the name of Jesus.

As we continue to look at the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sakes and its benefits, we shall come to the realisation that Christ has given us victory over death and sin as well as the power to live a victorious Christian life. His death settled every claim of sin and death over our lives.

He declared that, “It is finished” on the Cross. This signifies an end to all our burdens, pains, sorrows, troubles and struggles. His blood was a seal of victory and deliverance to all that believe in Him. Are we not blessed indeed? This blood purifies and speaks better promises than that of Abel that cries for revenge. By His blood, we are drawn closer to God and perfectly secured in Him (Hebrews 9:12).

Jesus Christ laid eternal examples for us in word and in deed, even in His death, and expects that we should follow in His footsteps. He was humble till death on the Cross of Calvary (Philippians 2:6-8). What an incomparable humility! Little wonder that God exalted Him above every other creature on earth and in heaven. His Name is above every other name!

Even in Titus 2:14, you and I are empowered to live out God’s will on earth as we are set apart for His good works. This is very true because until you are washed by the blood of the Lamb; you are not fit for the kingdom. His death makes us relevant in God’s agenda for man. Especially those of us who are Gentiles, “strangers and aliens”, who by birth are not worthy to be counted among the beloved, but through redemption (His death and His blood), we became sons and daughters of God. We are also able to make peace with God. This is Agape love, and we should be eternally grateful.

In all of these, why don’t you take some time for deep reflection over what the death of Christ has bestowed on you? It is calling us to deep and total commitment to Christ our Lord and Saviour. After all, we can do nothing to pay or compensate Him for this great offering of Himself. Just give all of you!

1. Father, help me to fully comprehend Your love for me, in the name of Jesus.
2. O God my Father, deliver me from every lie of satan to distract me from the Way, in the name of Jesus.
3. I declare with faith that, according to the words of Jesus, “It is finished…..” (insert whatever you desire an end to) in the name of Jesus.

4. Power weakening my spiritual strength, what are you doing? Fall down and die, in the name of Jesus.
5. I receive the fullness of grace and mercy that the death of Christ has given me, in the name of Jesus.
6. Blood of Jesus, purge and cleanse me of the power of sin and worldliness, in the name of Jesus.
7. JESUS, shout it seven (7) times, let Your Name begin to work wonders in my life.

Prayer Of Salvation

Thank you for reading Devotional Here Today On Kingdom Sermons, You are encouraged to please give your life to the LORD JESUS CHRIST if you have not done that before.

Say This Prayer

Dear God,
I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9). (Rom. 10:9). I believe with my heart
