All-round rest is the will of God for all believers. Heb. 4:10. 1. You must be born again. Until you are saved, you are not safe – 2 Chr. 15:3-4
Your being in God guarantees your serenity. It is those who are connected to God that is connected to peace.
You can’t have rest on every side if you are not connected to God on all sides
